A Labor Day Tradition

Warrenton Horse Show Foundation

The Warrenton Horse Show grounds are a treasured cornerstone of Virginia’s equestrian heritage, representing over a century of sport, tradition, and community. Preserving these historic grounds is essential not only for maintaining a beloved venue that has showcased generations of horsemen and women, but also for safeguarding the cultural and rural landscape of Fauquier County. As one of the oldest continuous horse shows in the country, Warrenton is more than an arena—it is living history, a place where horsemanship, conservation, and civic pride converge. Protecting it ensures future generations can experience the elegance and legacy of Virginia’s equestrian tradition
